Phil Joyce works part-time for Fresh Expressions coordinating our tour of Church of England, Methodist and United Reformed Church synods and supplying resources for some of the other events we attend.
Phil works for ACPI, based in Sheffield and is responsible for liaising with local synod secretaries, doing some research about each area and making sure everything works well on the day - which it usually does! Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Phil came to Sheffield to study biology at the University of Sheffield and has never left.
Phil is also a youth worker for St Thomas', Sheffield, working mainly with 11-14 year olds from mixed backgrounds in a Sheffield suburb. In his spare time Phil enjoys hanging out with friends, meeting new people and playing team sports (if he is good at them!).
