You are invited to share a learning journey in a supportive community to be equipped for a lifetime of good practice and learning in growing fresh expressions of church.

Your local course

The Anglican Diocese of Bath and Wells and the Plymouth and Exeter Methodist District are delighted to make msm available locally. We believe it will be a significant resource for building the Kingdom of God in this area.

Individuals are most welcome, but we particularly hope that a leadership team or core group from a fresh expression will come together as this will deepen the impact of the course. There will be opportunity for ongoing involvement in a learning network at the end of the course.

The course is hosted by Canon Roger Medley, Diocesan Missioner for Bath and Wells. Course teachers will include both those with experience of fresh expressions nationally and local teachers including Revd Dave Martin, Evangelism Enabler for Plymouth and Exeter Methodist District and Revd Annie Naish, Ecumenical Mission Enabler for Bath and Wells.

Course timetable and venue

The course consists of six saturdays and six evenings between March and November 2010.

Saturdays run from 10am to 4pm
Tuesdays run from 7pm to 9pm

Sessions will be held at the Baptist church, Parks Lane, Minehead, Somerset, TA24 8BS.

Cost

The cost of the course is £90 which covers all materials and refreshments, subsidised by Changing Lives for Mission. We do have a small bursary available to help those who may find this difficult.
