New Wine Leadership Conference 2012: Reactivating the missional church
28-30 May 2012
Harrogate International Centre
For anyone involved in leadership in their local church.
If you want to travel fast; travel alone – but if you want to go a long way; travel together.
Bishop Jackson Ole Sapit (Kericho Diocese, Kenya)
We're inviting you to come and talk, dream, pray and plan together, so that we can effectively become local churches changing nations!
There has been increasing emphasis on growing healthy churches, whatever their size, where a church's health is measured by the quality of discipleship rather than its Sunday attendance. The mobilisation of every believer to be a faith-sharing disciple of Jesus wherever they live and work has created a momentum for new missional communities, fresh expressions of church, and church planting all around the country.
Who's the conference for?
Church leaders, key church staff members, small group leaders, elders, emerging leaders, ministry team leaders – anyone involved in leadership in their local church.
Programme
The conference starts at 14.00 on 28 May and finishes at 16.00 on 30 May.
We will start each day with worship and Bible teaching to refresh our minds, hearts and spirits. There will be a selection of seminars on the essential ‘how-tos’ of leading churches through change, starting new initiatives, and reaching our communities with the gospel. Plus we’ll have plenty of opportunities for prayer for empowering, equipping, healing and refreshing in the Spirit, and for networking with other church leaders.
